Tropical waterlilies flower continuously from December to June in the Sydney area, all year in warmer climates and are growing as annuals in colder climates where they may not survive the colder winters. They hold their flower stems above the water-line and are highly fragrant. They come in deep purples, different shades of blue, white, yellow, pink and apricot. They also come in night flowering waterlilies in white, pink and deep pink.
